The Ingredient Project takes one ingredient and runs several methods against it under held conditions: same variety, same weights, same salt, then judged blind. The point is to tell what actually changes an ingredient from what merely masks it.

Project 01 is on the bench now. When it's done, the episode goes up here and on YouTube, and members get the full working: the method sheet, the raw data, the versions that failed, and the verdict.
